Giving a new assessment a clear foundation.

An education assessment provider needed a blueprint for assessing college-level data literacy. JingSaw worked with its product manager to structure the scope across data science, data analysis, and business analysis.

I founded JingSaw to bring thoughtful analysis and practical problem solving to challenges that don’t fit neatly into one discipline.

I’m a Full Professor of Economics and Quantitative Analysis at PennWest University and a former Senior Manager in Quantitative Analysis / Data Science at Capital One. My background includes a Ph.D. in Economics and an M.S. in Statistics.
